During the webinar, the speakers highlighted the significance of digitalization and its impact on various aspects of business. Key topics included digital organization, digital customer connection, and the development of digital services and products.
The discussion also touched upon the 4-level model of future-oriented company design, comprising foresight, strategy, process, and system. It was emphasized that the successful implementation of digital use cases relies on effectively addressing all four factors.
We want to thank our respectable speakers for their informed insights on this much-needed topic. Moreover, special thanks to Mr. Frederik Simon Pierre Tchoungui for moderating the webinar and distributing Tree-Certificates to the panelists.
Above all, sincere thanks to all our attendees – your comments, compliments, and questions. Stay tuned for our next Digital Transformation Alliance webinar on June 22, 2023, about “AI & Ethics: Navigating in the Complex Challenges”
