Within today’s session, we talked about how FinTech is reinventing banking services all over the world. In Latin America, these platforms have found huge potential with targeted demographics.
We took a deep dive how with digitally-native infrastructures and highly-personalized experiences, FinTechs are growing exponentially inside the region. These solutions can introduce financial products to the market quicker and cheaper than the traditional institutions while removing the friction. Moreover, they are helping Latin America to become a global leader in digital banking.
There are certainly challenges to overcome to achieve this goal since the region has long been associated with wealth inequality. However, increased investments and mobile-first successes in other emerging markets around the world prove that financial inclusion can finally be a reality in Latin America.
Enormous thanks to our four great key note speakers Daniel Breitenmoser and Lizette Neme, panelist Juan Pablo Bruzzo and Monica Millares🎙 for your insights and reflections into these critical topics of today’s day and age. We are looking forward to continuing this conversation in our Latin America Alliance.
Thank you to María Alejandra Pulido as Director of our Latin America Alliance for moderation, Michaela Meier Director of the Finance Alliance for the Welcome Speech, and Federico Gonzalez de Aledo, Director of Advanced Manufacturing Alliance, for the instructive EUTECH’s introduction.
Finally, thank you to all our participants. It was a pleasure to receive so much positive feedback. Thank you all for your attendance and participation.
Stay tuned for our next Latin America Alliance Panel on June 8th about “Metaverse: The Future of Technology”:
